Meet Michael Silver
Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Michael and his wife, Jodie, raised their two children in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2017, they made their way to Las Vegas, Nevada, where they currently reside. Michael is a Co-Founder of Legacy Land Locations, a land acquisition and development company with the mission of turning land into legacy. Michael has orchestrated multiple land acquisition, change of use, re-zoning and development projects over the years. Michael and Jodie founded, grew and ultimately sold a multi-clinic health care company as well as a successful retail group with multiple real estate assets. Michael prides himself on honesty, loyalty, integrity and relationships. In his down time, he enjoys time with his family, travel, golf and outdoor adventure.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Dan Bessent is one of the founders of Legacy Land Locations, a privately held land development and investment company focused on creating long-term value through strategic land acquisitions and community growth. With over 12 years of experience in real estate, Dan brings deep market insight and a commitment to integrity, collaboration, and innovation. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, snowboarding, and traveling with his wife and two children — experiences that inspire his vision of building lasting legacies through land and lifestyle.
